bullet Research Associate, Department of Immunology, Pasteur Institute of Iran, Tehran, Iran (2004-present):

· Performing cell membrane extraction, protein determination, immunization, specific polyclonal antibody assay in mice
   serum with   ELISA,  cell  culture (SP2/0, Hella),  hybridoma  technique, cryopreservation  of  the  cells  in  ongoing
  project:  Production of    monoclonal antibody against P4, a surface protein of Leishmania major
  (amastigote phenotype)

· Performing    mononuclear   cell   purification   with   Ficoll gradient, NK cells negative isolation with magnetic bead,
  determination of   surface  markers  (CD16/CD56/CD25)   and   Intracellular  IFN-Gamma   production   assay   by
  flow cytometry examination and   analysis in following project: The study of Natural Killer- cell subsets in
  human Cutaneous leishmaniasis by flow   cytometry

· Performing  of  mononuclear  cell   purification  with  ficoll gradient, supernatant cytokine assay with ELISA method,
  determination of   surface   markers  (CD3/CD4/CD25) by   flow   cytometry examination and  analysis   in following
  project: Profound down-regulation of IL-10   and IL-5   along   with   increment  of IL-12  and   Treg cells in
  personnel exposed to scattered X-rays

· Performing  of  mononuclear  cell  purification  with  ficoll  gradient, supernatant cytokine assay with ELISA method,
   DNA extraction   and  determine of  concentration  in  following  project: Kinetic  study  of cytokines production
   by human  peripheral  blood   mononuclear cells in response to Brucella DNA

· Performing    of   Random  Amplification  of  Polymorphic   DNA-PCR   (RAPD-PCR)  in  the   following   project:
   Differential  identification of intra and inter species polymorphisms of Leishmania species

a) Generation of Dendritic cells from peripheral blood monocytes

b) Isolation of dendritic cells from mouse spleen and phenotyping by flow cytometry

c) Dendritic cell isolation from peripheral blood cells by magnetic beads and analyzing with flow cytometry

d) Immunohistochemical characterization of dendritic cells

e) Methods of dendritic cells stimulation by T lymphocytes and their response assay
